CAREGRID ANTARA / BETWEEN VISITS
Voice check-ins that help clinicians see how patients are doing between appointments.
Voice check-in demoWHO IT’S FOR
A patient’s story continues long after they leave the clinic. Antara explores short voice check-ins in the time between appointments, collecting symptoms and the patient’s own words for clinician review. Oncology is the first focus.
THE WORKFLOW
Designed around the people doing the work.
HOW IT FITS INTO THE DAY
The intended service is clinician-distributed, with patient consent. The voice call is the core experience; a smartphone app is optional.
The demo checks who has answered before asking about symptoms, eating, medicines and anything the patient wants the doctor to know.
Structured responses and symptom flags appear on the clinician’s screen. The clinician interprets them and determines the next step.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Patients should be able to participate with an ordinary phone. The planned workflow does not depend on downloading an app.
Shared household phones are common. The check-in is designed to establish who answered before discussing the patient’s care.
Treatment-aware scheduling is part of the design work. A prototype call flow does not yet establish a safe clinical monitoring service.
WHERE WE ARE
A voice-call demo returns structured answers to a clinician view. It is for demonstrations only; production access controls, secure storage and clinical escalation operations are not implemented in that demo.
Antara is not an emergency service. The demo must not be used for real patient monitoring.
LET’S BUILD THIS AROUND YOUR CLINIC
We’re looking for clinicians, hospitals and collaborators who want to help shape what comes next.
