One identity
The shared foundation resolves who the patient is, keeping identifying details separate from the clinical record.

BUILT AROUND THE PEOPLE WHO CARE
More attention for the person in the room.
One connected record for everything around them.
01 / THE IDEA
The consult. The case sheet. The test. The call a week later. They belong to the same patient. We’re building the software that lets them belong to the same story.
CareGrid brings clinical documentation, lab workflows, remote consultations and patient check-ins together around a shared record. IDA helps with the drafting. A clinician makes the decisions.
02 / THE PRODUCT FAMILY
Start with the work that needs help.
Build towards a connected patient story.
From a consultation to a structured case sheet and draft prescription, ready for the doctor to review.
02Test orders, samples, result entry and pathologist approval in one continuous lab workflow.
03Voice check-ins that help clinicians see how patients are doing between appointments.
04Remote consultations with intake, documentation and a prescription review workflow.
05A hospital delivery robot concept, starting with simple runs for supplies, documents and small items.
IN FOCUS / CAREGRID SCRIBE
A conversation becomes a draft. A clinician makes it a record.
Scribe is being built for busy outpatient care, starting with oncology and Telugu–English consultations. A phone or experimental Puck captures the audio; the doctor reviews what comes back.

03 / THE CONNECTIVE TISSUE
Identity. The record. The audit trail.
Built once, to support every product.
ONE SHARED FOUNDATION
Platform design · integration progresses product by product
The shared foundation resolves who the patient is, keeping identifying details separate from the clinical record.
Consults, results and follow-ups are designed to join the same patient history as the products are integrated.
The AI layer supports transcription, structuring and drafting. Clinical review stays with the people responsible for care.
04 / A PRINCIPLE, NOT A SETTING
Being useful starts with being open to correction. Clinical drafts should be inspectable, editable and approved by the person responsible for the patient.
What guides us05 / WHERE WE ARE
CareGrid is early. Each product is at a different stage. Here is the current picture, without a claim of hospital-scale deployment.
The collection app is built. Telugu clinical-speech benchmarking and the end-to-end local pipeline are the next milestones. Puck is a hardware prototype.
The order-to-report workflow is implemented as a prototype. Live HMS connections, lab-machine drivers and full-day clinical operation still need site-specific validation.
A voice-call demo returns structured answers to a clinician view. It is for demonstrations only; production access controls, secure storage and clinical escalation operations are not implemented in that demo.
The platform repository describes a functional end-to-end pre-alpha. It is not evidence of a live PHC deployment, district-scale readiness or complete integration with every CareGrid product.
Guide is an early product direction. We are defining the first delivery workflows, facility requirements and safety approach before claiming a deployed robot service.
LET’S BUILD THIS AROUND YOUR CLINIC
