A useful pilot begins with a specific problem and the people who live with it. We’ll work with your team to choose a workflow, agree what success means and test the fit.
Start with one clinic and a willing clinician. Map the existing process, consent requirements, data path and product readiness before introducing patient data.
02
Measure the work
Agree a bounded evaluation. For Scribe, measure transcription quality, correction effort and whether the draft fits the clinician’s day.
03
Decide together
Review the evidence with the people using the tool. Expand only when it helps; integration and additional products come after that.
WHAT A GOOD PARTNERSHIP NEEDS
A clinician’s time. An honest response.
A clinician willing to tell us what needs correcting
A defined clinical workflow and evaluation criteria
Institutional approval and an agreed patient-consent process
An IT contact for the data path and any integration
BEFORE WE BEGIN
The questions worth asking.
Do we have to replace our hospital system?
The design is to work alongside it, using existing patient registration numbers. Every live connection still needs mapping, permission and testing with your hospital.
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
The documentation workflow produces drafts for clinician review. Prescriptions require approval. For monitoring, a clinician interprets the responses and determines action.
Where would our data be processed?
That depends on the product and deployment. VAC targets local inference, while some prototypes use cloud services. The data path, hosting and access controls must be agreed before a clinical pilot.
What happens when a draft is wrong?
The doctor needs to see the source, correct the draft and approve the final output. Measuring that correction effort is part of evaluating whether the tool helps.
What are the commercial terms?
Pilot scope, support and commercial terms are discussed directly. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all price before understanding the workflow.
LET’S BUILD THIS AROUND YOUR CLINIC
Better care starts with a conversation.
We’re looking for clinicians, hospitals and collaborators who want to help shape what comes next.
